Scope and product availability

RALANO, LLC provides its public websites and the ChatGPT Ultimate educational training service. These Terms apply to website use and to services and transactions that present them. Publishing these Terms does not open paid enrollment, grant access or change an agreement previously accepted.

When paid enrollment opens, ChatGPT Ultimate is one monthly subscription with immediate access to the entire online book and AI Coach when the subscription starts. Weekly Advanced teaching begins after the first customers join; the library grows as teaching is released. Continuing updates, Power Briefs and future included training additions are included as released. No existing library of future teaching is promised at initial launch.

The entire training program, including the AI Coach, is available only to customers age 18 or older in the United States.

Paid subscription terms

The direct subscription price is $49.95 USD per month plus applicable tax. Any applicable tax and the total due are shown before payment. There is no setup/admin fee, trial or annual commitment. RALANO, LLC collects payment and manages account access, billing and support.

Payment is monthly in advance. The first charge occurs when you subscribe. Your saved payment method is charged automatically on the monthly billing anniversary until cancellation; short months follow the provider's calendar rules. Before subscribing, you separately agree to the Terms and Refund & Cancellation Policy and authorize recurring payment. The exact price and consent versions presented for the transaction are retained.

These billing clauses apply to paid subscriptions. An explicitly approved complimentary access grant is not recurring enrollment and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Its scope and duration follow the approved grant. Any independent paid subscription remains separate.

Cancellation, refunds and valid coverage

You may cancel anytime in Account → Manage Billing / Cancel Subscription to stop future renewals. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of applicable valid service coverage, including an already-paid period or an expressly authorized Courtesy Month. You retain that valid coverage through its end. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable and no prorated refund or credit is provided for an unused part of a paid period. RALANO may issue a courtesy refund at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. An exception does not create a right or expectation in another case.

An approved full courtesy refund cancels the refunded subscription immediately, stops renewal and ends access derived from that subscription when processed. Independently valid access remains governed by its own terms. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing here limits applicable nonwaivable or statutory rights.

Courtesy Month and failed payments

RALANO may separately approve a one-time Courtesy Month / Service Recovery Credit for one identified future subscription period. That period is charged at $0 with normal included access. The underlying price and billing anniversary do not change. The normal monthly price resumes on the following anniversary unless you cancel before then.

This is not an automatic entitlement, guaranteed refund window, prorated credit or continuing discount. A failed or unpaid renewal is not a Courtesy Month.

After a payment failure, access continues only through still-valid paid or expressly authorized Courtesy Month coverage. Source-derived access ends when that valid coverage ends. Independently valid access is preserved. A successfully recovered payment restores its valid paid coverage; no additional grace period is promised.

Educational use and AI limitations

RALANO is independent of OpenAI. ChatGPT, OpenAI and other third-party names, services and interfaces belong to their respective owners. Their availability, features, prices and policies may change outside RALANO's control.

Training and AI-related material is educational and informational. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment, employment, regulatory or other licensed advice. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, biased or wrong. Review important work before relying on it.

RALANO does not guarantee a specific revenue, profit, savings, productivity, employment or other result. Examples illustrate techniques and do not promise your outcome.

Account security and acceptable use

Keep account access secure. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your authority, submit malicious or unlawful material, interfere with service security, bypass access controls, or use the service to infringe rights or commit fraud. Provide information you are authorized to provide. Do not send passwords, full card details or secure access links by ordinary email.

The Privacy Policy explains account and Coach information use, customer history, restricted retention, authorized review and independent provider handling.

Intellectual property and training license

RALANO-created content and branding belong to RALANO, LLC or its licensors. Third-party materials and marks remain with their respective owners. Do not remove proprietary notices or represent RALANO material as your own publication.

Access is licensed to the original purchaser only. Accounts and training materials may not be shared, copied for others, or redistributed.

The purchaser may apply what they learn in their own personal and work activities. This does not grant permission to redistribute the training materials or sublicense account access.

See the Training License for the same purchaser-only permissions and restrictions. A group referral does not create a shared or organization-wide training license.

Website availability, warranty and liability

These website provisions do not add an arbitration or dispute-resolution agreement. They do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived, and do not alter a previously accepted purchase agreement.

For ordinary support inquiries, we aim to respond within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, after receipt. This is a response target, not a resolution guarantee.
